Because everything at TheCustomSneakerCo has been carefully hand-crafted made individually just for you, we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange your custom sneakers for reasons such as change of mind or damage due to regular wear and tear. Customising sneakers is an art form and this means every custom sneaker is hand-crafted for each customer’s request. 

If on the rarest of occasions your item is faulty on arrival, please send your order number and a photo of the damage to support@thecustomsneakerco.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue. Please understand that all of our custom sneakers are made by hand uniquely and not industrial machines, this means there may be tiny imperfections however we try our utmost best to ensure that your sneakers are as perfect as they can be. We may need to adjust the design to fit the shoe size ordered. 

TheCustomSneakerCo does not offer refunds or cancellations due to change of mind, this includes sizing and/or design. If you have incorrectly selected a size, please email us at support@thecustomsneakerco.com within 12 hours.

 All products must be in the same condition upon arrival meaning that they must be in an undamaged and unworn condition! Your warranty becomes voided once the product has been used. Decision of outcome will be reviewed by TheCustomSneakerCo.
